An evening that will help you put more specimen fish on the bank. Archie is a real local master with over 65 years of fishing experience.
Archie will be covering a range of topics including:
- Moon phases
- Bait secrets
- Tried and tested rigs
- Big fish tactics
- Tales from fishing on the mighty Trent and Derwent
Bring your cameras and notepads, there will be opportunities to ask questions through the night.

Ticket Information
The evening with Archie will be held on Thursday 7th February, upstairs in The Lincolnshire Poacher (Nottingham) at 7.30pm. Tickets are available and priced at £5.00.
The capacity for the event is 40 people, so is very likely to sell out. There will be no tickets available on the door once the advanced tickets are sold out.

There is no car park for the pub but there is plenty of parking on the streets behind the pub – on or around North Sherwood Street. Alternatively, you could opt for a car park in town and then walk up to the pub, it’s a few minutes walk from the city center.
