The River Trent at Hoveringham is a well known and popular section of river, a good day on here is one you will remember for a while and talk about in the pub. There are 140 pegs on offer here along with something pretty rare for river fishing – you can park directly behind 19 of them. Location wise, you should enjoy a day in really peaceful surroundings, the road near the river is not very busy. If the weather is good there may be a lot of people out walking along the river so you may get a lot of “have you caught anything?” type questions.
A lovely stretch on a great river
