Springview Fisheries is located in Wigan, Lancashire. You may be familiar with the fishery under a different name, in recent years the fishery was renamed as Steys Fishery, but has since changed back to Springview Fisheries and is under new management.
At Springview there is a choice of 3 waters:
Perchy – a match lake that responds to a number of different methods. Change your approach to the time of year and you should have a great days fishing.
Abbots – the specimen lake on the complex. The carp in here run into the mid 20s, so there is always a chance of a PB.
Boars – a smaller pond that has a lot of fish in, if you want to catch plenty of bits you could enjoy a good few hours sport on here.
All of the lakes are available for night fishing. The onsite facilities include:
- A heated welfare unit
- Toilets
- A canteen that offers hot/cold food and a selection of drinks
