Hartley Lands Farm Fishery is situated in Cranbrook, Kent. Located on an organic fruit farm, you can be sure to spend time here in picturesque and relaxing surroundings.
There is a mind boggling choice of 8 different waters to take your pick from:
Farm Reservoir – a cracking water, which is stocked with all species. The carp record is just short of 30lbs. Adapting your fishing to the weather conditions should see you with a great catch at the end of your session.
Nick’s Lake – there are plenty of carp in here that run into the low 20s. There’s also a good number of silver fish – these must feed the perch which are said to go to 5lbs.
Pear Tree – a lake stocked with carp and silvers. If the carp aren’t feeding you can bag up on the smaller fish.
Bramley – a 22 peg lake which is stocked with a very good head of mixed species. It should be a bite a chuck on here – all year round.
Finches – a very well established pond with lots of fishy features. The carp in here go to just shy of 30lbs, there is also a resident eel to target.
Henniker – a small lake with plenty of cover. Pole fished to the far bank and you could land one of the big carp the run into the late teens.
Samson – if you don’t fancy a walk, fish next to the car park on here. Pole tactics work well.
Woodside – a small lake with just 5 pegs. Don’t be fooled though, there are double figure carp under the surface.
