Tyram Fisheries is a family run fishing venue in Doncaster. The fishery has a great reputation locally and nationally, there are often features and mentions in the angling press. There is a choice of 3 waters at the venue:
Island Lake – the 40 pegs on here are very popular with both pleaser and match anglers. There are plenty of carp to go at in here, they run into the 20s, so as you can imagine, it is known for some big nets of fish.
Horseshoe Lake – the largest lake on the site which has 75 pegs. Match tactics work well on here, lots of fish are caught close into the bank in the margins, so don’t neglect these areas.
Syndicate Carp Lake – this is a members only specimen lake which offers just 19 pegs. The water is stocked with a good number of decent fish including one called “Baby Baz”. If this sounds like your thing, get your name on the waiting list to join.
