I was fortunate enough to run into Des Taylor at a Barbel Society event where I managed to get him to sign a copy of one of his books. Pretty much anyone who has ever picked up a fishing magazine will know who Des is, he is a regular contributor to so many publications. The book is signed on the first page, along with a “tight lines” message.
Great Days Extra is the paper back version of his “Great Days” book, but with an extra three chapters. There are features on all types of coarse and game fishing in the UK, and sea fishing in some much more exotic locations. Learn how Des first got into fishing down on a local canal where he grew up.
