Marsh Farm Fisheries is a great fishing venue located in Milford, Surrey. If you fancy a change from your normal carp sessions on commercials, this is a great alternative. The focus here will be crucians, tench, roach, bream and rudd – sounds great doesn’t it?
There are 3 lakes to take a choice between at Marsh Farm:
Harris Lake – if you fancy catching a big crucian then get yourself on here – they run to over 4lbs. The Tench run into double figures too. The 46 pegs on here could certainly deliver a days fishing you could remember for a long time.
Hill Pond – a smaller 18 peg pond which is stocked with a wide range of species which is particularly suited to young anglers or beginners. You should get plenty of bites and a big bag on the fish by the end of the session
Richardson Lake – a popular match lakes with 55 pegs. The lake is stocked with a wide range of species below the 5lbs mark. There are some bonus tench, which run into double figures.
Onsite there is a tackle shop, a cafe, toilets and plenty of car parking. There are good facilities for disabled anglers, there are designated parking spots and easy access to most pegs. Interestingly there’s also a garage on site, so if you fancy a fishing session while your car is being fixed this is the perfect venue!
